

Independent Forms Services, Inc. was founded in April of 1976 by two individuals devoted to customer service. Larry Puntney and Mike DeChicio had an idea that has grown over the years into an organization giving our customers the best possible service using a forms management system second to none.
Our ability to supply a broad spectrum of printed products and office supplies was at the core of the founders' idea to allow our customers to manage their businesses while we managed their forms inventory. Our foundation is their devotion to total customer care--a principle we continue to embrace.
